The 7th buyer purchased a three-bedroom, three-bathroom, 1,782+/- square foot home on the 19th floor. The purchase price was $2,000,000 or approximately $1,122 per square foot.

The purchase price included a parking space, according to the unit deed.

There are more than seven sets of lights on in the building, at night. Smart marketing by the sales team, no doubt. The first 14-floors (all rentals) look very dark.
