About

Hello and welcome to John A Keith Real Estate.

I have been a real estate agent since 2002. I have helped dozens of buyers and sellers of residential real estate in the Boston, Massachusetts area, including in the South End, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, West End, North End, Waterfront, Seaport District, Leather District, Chinatown, and Fenway neighborhoods.

For the past five years, I’ve owned and operated my own boutique real estate brokerage in the South End neighborhood of Boston. It is my belief that it is the agent, not the company, that is most-important to those seeking to buy or sell a home. I offer my clients better customer service and higher attention to detail than could be found at other real estate companies of any size.

My number one goal is to make the home-buying and selling process as stress-free as possible for my clients. There are many steps in the process and buyers and sellers need experienced, qualified assistance. I offer my clients a wealth of knowledge. More importantly, they count on me for my honesty and my sincerity, and, of course, my candor.

In 2005, I created and began publishing the Boston Real Estate Blog the first- and, during this time, the most-popular – real estate blog in the city. I sold it in 2008 and have nothing to do with it anymore.

In addition to writing here, I also write for the Boston Herald on its Getting Real real estate blog.

Readers can look forward to news and information about the Boston real estate market, content not found elsewhere on the web.
