Thoughts: Fewer price changes because at this point in the summer there are few buyers – if you’re home’s not selling, it’s so much the price it’s the traffic. Under agreements drop because it’s summer and sales are staying steady, but at mediocre levels.

This report includes sales and inventory information for condominiums located in the following downtown Boston neighborhoods: Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Financial District, Leather District, Midtown, North End, Seaport District, South End, The Fenway, Theater District, Waterfront, West End, Chinatown, Kenmore Square.
