Buy a condo at Macallen, make $25,000

Maybe.

Campion & Company Fine Homes Real Estate has devised a unique marketing plan to increase sales volume at South Boston’s Macallen Building.

They are offering buyers a $25,000 rebate if they purchase a condo now. The catch is, 9 or more other buyers have to purchase units before September 1 in order for everyone to get the rebate. *

The Macallen building is a 140-unit brand-new condominium building at the edge of South Boston, across the street from the Broadway Red Line MBTA subway stop.

Many units have views of the downtown Boston skyline as well as water views, open kitchens, bamboo floors, and come with garage parking. Amenities include 20,000 square foot landscaped plaza with heated pool and gas grills, a state of the art on-site gym, and 24/7 concierge. Custom designed kitchens grace every unit with Bosch appliances, gas cooking, custom cabinets and quartz counters.

All utilities are included in the condo fee, including heat, air conditioning, water, gas, Direct TV, and internet, according to Campion & Company.

The Macallen building is LEED gold certified meaning its completely “green” (go, dual-flush toilets!).

The building is 70-percent sold so qualifies for FHA lending.

Prices range from $479,000 for a 650+/- square foot 12th-floor, one-bedroom home up to $1.2 million for a 2,132+/- square foot, 6th-floor, three-bedroom home, and beyond.

Campion & Company is handling sales and marketing for the developer. If you would like buyer’s agent representation, please contact me. Special rebates may be available for multi-unit purchases.

* I don’t have all the details but I’m sure I can get them should you decide you want to pursue a purchase.
