45 Province has first closing in months, now 12 percent sold

Showing renewed strength, a closing was recorded last week at the recently-completed 45 Province luxury condominium project, in the Downtown Crossing neighborhood of Boston.

An eleventh-floor, one-bedroom, one-bathroom, 691+/- square foot condo sold on April 28 for $419,040.

There were four closings last May and another nine units in June. Then, three during the second half of the year but only one since January, a one-bedroom unit for $432,000.

There are 138 units in the building; it is now over 12 percent sold-out.

The developer recently hired R Wayne Lopez to head up its sales and marketing team.
