Beacon Hill home that didn’t sell at auction sells anyway … for less

It was a big drop from its original list price, it’s adjusted list price, and it’s auction minimum price, but the single-family home at 20 Brimmer Street in the Beacon Hill neighborhood of Boston has sold.

According to the public record at the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds, the property sold for $4,375,000. It was last listed for sale at $5,995,000.

Tracy Campion of Campion & Company Fine Homes Real Estate was the listing broker. The buyer’s agent, according to MLSPIN, was Jeffrey Golden at Luxury Residential Group, LLC.

Jeffrey, drinks are on you, this week.
