New closing at W Boston Residences brings total to eleven

Things are heating up in the downtown Boston real estate market.

Another condominium sale in the W Boston Hotel and Residences was recorded at the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds, today, the eleventh in the newly-constructed building.

A 27nd-story, one-bedroom, one and ½-bath condo with approximately 1,040 square feet was purchased for $1,073,724, or $1,032.42+/- per square foot. The purchase price included one parking space and storage.

To date, one two-bedroom unit and four one-bedroom, one and 1/2 bath units, and four studios have sold in the 123 unit building, or approximately eight percent. Eight other units are showing as ‘under agreement’ in the local multiple listing service but this list is thought to be incomplete.
