Median list price: $379,000
Of note, 44 are listed for less than $400,000. One is listed for between $500-600,000, two for between $600-700,000, and two for more than $1 million.
Sales fourth quarter 2009, median price: 17, $355,000
Sales fourth quarter 2008, median price: 15, $513,000
Sales fourth quarter 2007, median price: 17, $322,000
Sales so far in 2010: 4, median price of $371,500
The 2008 sales included four units at 64-66 Salem Street priced in the $500,000 – $650,000 range; this increased the median, significantly. (There are no new development sales in any of the above totals.)
