Another condominium sale in the W Hotel and Residences was recorded at the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds, today.
A 16th story studio with approximately 512 square feet was purchased for $345,000, or $673 per square foot.
To date, one two-bedroom, three one-bedroom, one and 1/2 bath units and four studios have sold in the 123 unit building. Eleven other units are showing as ‘under agreement’ in the local multiple listing service but this list is thought to be incomplete.
