Two deeds were recorded at the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds, this week, for closings of condominiums in the recently-finished The Clarendon condo project in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston.
A fifteen-floor, one-bedroom, one-bathroom (w/ dining room) 650+/- square foot home sold for $780,000 (approximately $1,200 per square foot).
A twentieth-floor, two-bedroom, two and 1/2-bathroom, 1,439+/- square foot home sold for $1,765,000 (approximately $1,226.55 per square foot).
The purchase price on the million-dollar+ purchased included a deeded parking space in the garage.
These are the twelfth and thirteenth closings in the 103-unit building.
