A sixteenth-floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,213+/- square foot home sold for $1,220,000 (approximately $1,005.77 per square foot).
A seventeenth-floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,213+/- square foot home sold for $1,225,000 (approximately $1,009.89 per square foot).
The purchase prices included deeded parking spaces in the garage.
These are the tenth and eleventh closings in the 103-unit building.
