Thoughts: Almost exactly the same as last week; average and median prices and closed sales the same. Under agreements are going down as we enter the last month of the year; this will start to affect the number of closings, which will go down, too. Meanwhile, inventory will most likely drop, too. Big month for closings coming up in December, but will not show up here, most likely, as they are sales in new developments. I’ll cover, in a separate report.
