Thoughts: Average and median prices drop for under agreements due to effect of Bryant condos closing and coming off the books. Sold prices go up for same reason. Current inventory is low – yes, we’re getting to the end of the year but we still have people looking to buy. Pickings are slim, especially in the sub-$800,000 range.

This report includes sales and inventory information for condominiums located in the following downtown Boston neighborhoods: Charlestown, North End, Waterfront, Seaport District, South End, Chinatown, Theater District, Financial District, Leather District, The Fenway, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, West End, and Midtown.
