According to the NorthEndWaterfront.com website (you should follow it!), the Boston Redevelopment Authority is discussing plans for several parcels of land located on the periphery of the North End neighborhood of Boston, bordering the Rose Kennedy Greenway.
Both Parcel 11A and parcel 11B are under consideration for future development. Parcel 11A is the land in front of the old Martignetti’s Liquors and Pace / Maria’s shops and Parcel 11B is the current site of a BRA parking lot.
Zoning in place would allow buildings up to 55 feet in height, according to the NEW website.
