One of the first resales at the Residences at the Mandarin Oriental has hit the public record.
Unit #W9-D closed in August 2008 at $2,950,000. The owners then listed it for resale in April 2009 at a significantly higher price. Fast-forward six months and several price adjustments, and the unit found a buyer. The deal closed today, according to the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds, at $2,513,843.75 (and not a penny more).
