I thought we had heard the last of this but credit to the developer for sticking with it.
There is a proposal to turn what is now a large empty lot into a residential building (not clear whether it will be apartments or condominiums) at 691 Massachusetts Avenue, in the South End neighborhood of Boston.
According to a notice from the Boston Zoning Board of Appeal, the developer is proposing a six-story, forty unit building with parking for thirty vehicles (presumably, behind the building).
A public hearing on the proposal is scheduled for 9:30 AM on November 24, 2009 at Boston City Hall.
